These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Elevare AI ("Elevare," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the website elevareai.us and our products and services (the "Services"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Elevare AI provides AI-assisted tools for career development, including:

• AI-powered resume building and optimization.
• CV-to-job matching and scoring.
• Section-level rewriting and improvement suggestions.
• Related career tools and analytics.

Features may evolve over time. We may add, modify, or remove functionality at our discretion to improve the product.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Elevare AI.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account or use it for unlawful purposes.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or misleading.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Use automated systems to access the Services without our permission.

• Paid plans are offered as either subscriptions or one-time purchases, billed via our payment processor (Stripe).
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Prices, taxes, and fees may change. We will notify you of material changes before they take effect.
• No guarantees of job placement, interviews, or hiring outcomes are provided as part of any plan.

Due to the digital and AI-generated nature of our Services, all sales are generally final. We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds in limited circumstances such as:

• Duplicate or accidental charges.
• Verified technical issues that prevented core use of the Services.
• Refund requests made within 7 days of the original charge with no significant usage of paid features.

To request a refund, contact support@elevareai.com with your account email and order details.

All software, designs, branding, content, and underlying technology of Elevare AI are owned by Elevare AI or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

• Your content: you retain ownership of resumes, job descriptions, and other materials you upload. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Services.
• AI-generated output: output created for your account is yours to use, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
• You may not copy, resell, or redistribute Elevare AI's software, templates, or proprietary materials.

Elevare AI provides career tools — not legal, financial, employment, or immigration advice. AI-generated suggestions are informational and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before use.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevare AI and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Failure to obtain interviews, offers, or employment of any kind.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Elevare AI in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.

You may stop using the Services at any time and delete your account from settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Services, or for legal or security reasons. Upon termination, sections that by nature should survive (e.g., IP, liability, governing law) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll notify you by email or through the product before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
